Here are a couple of photos taken.

This is our makeshift bird feeder in our backyard. Its a good amount of snow piled on it! I guess the birds can't get at the seed.
The daily musings of the Lightfoot Family. Project 365 photos as well as events that happen in our lives. Read, Laugh, cry, and enjoy!

After the driveway was done we let Snickers out and played fetch with her. She is in LOVE with her fetch! This is her keep a close eye on who has her kong and where its going. If you look close enough I believe you can see Bekah and Connors reflections in her eye.

The kids and I thought it would be great fun to throw the fetch (her kong) into the deep snow and make her find it. Snickers dove into this head first.(Pun very intended!!!) A couple times the kids went on the treasure hunt with her.

Play!! Play fetch! Again with the concentration and watching the fetch. This dog is fixated on her fetch nothing you can do will break it.

These are my photos for the day. The white backgrounds with the dog are all natural white, heavy snow! Her dark colour on the white snow makes the photos pop for me!

This chickadee was having a good look at Sue before it took some yummy seed and nuts!

After spending about 30 mintues on the birds, we took the kids over to the playground area. Its so neat to watch kids learn how to do things while wearing full snow gear, boots, hats, mits, coats, snowpants. Even the simplest things become huge obstacles. They made it through the snow and had a great time on the creative.
Carter making room to sell some icecream. Anyone want some?
Bekah coming out of the tube slide head first! The look of glee on her face was priceless!
Bekah climbing up to talk into the playground P.A. System!
It was a mighty tough climb but we made it. Quinn and Carter in the ring climb
I want to come too! Bekah struggle with the last few rings, but Sue was there to lend a helping hand and get her to the top!
All in all it was a great day! The kids got some fresh cold air (which really helped them feel better) They got to feed the birds and feel them land on their hands. They played in the snow and on the equipment and tired themselves out!
I really dont' know which shot is my favourite for this day of photos. I would have to say that this one takes the cake. Its been fun but now its time to go! You can see my reflection in her eyes!
